Updating host file with port no

Using this host file rigth now and an older version of Spotify (1.0.66.478.g1296534d) with some lines that block the update process.Just download that version and add this lines, should work without ads and also working friend activity and radio. However, audio and banner ads are gone, radio seems to be working, and i can add to my playlist. Up to a few days, using the hosts list of this thread to block spotify ads was working fine. But recently, I started having a lot of songs that were blocked into spotify so I checked my host file and it appears I had to comment the redirection for these songs to play again. So did anyone find a solution to block all ads without blocking access to some songs on the latest version of spotify desktop (windows)?

EDIT: you have audio ads To correct the problem with Artist page and radio you need to remove "127.0.0.1 spotify.com" from the list, you will get a black banner at the border but without ads. When I blocked some of them, Spotify started using other servers. Pasted three in an Excel-sheet and let it auto-generate the server list (and that worked). maybe there is a specific port we can block on "127.0.0.1 spotify.com" that will block ads but not friends list?
